Preliminaries - starting January 2008 
There will be a 1 week (yes! one week!) preliminary Dominance War III competition held in January, 2008. The Dominancewar.com entry system will not be used for this event. Dominancewar.com will only dispense the theme. Each participating community will be responsible for running this competition themselves on their own forum.
The community that wins this event gets first choice from a list of themes for Dominance War III. 2nd place forum gets second choice etc etc. Losers get whatever is left!
